Bring on the Green!

They say you should never 'rest on your laurels,' and for the Pittsburgh Riveters, we wear them to work and remind us that we should never be complacent and always look to improve on yesterday. We aren't here to rest; we’re here to work. 

From the design minds at our apparel partner, hummel, this is the LAURELS Kit. It’s inspired by our state flower, the Mountain Laurel, but it’s built for the grit of this city as we transformed the flower into a white that pops off the green base. 

The Mountain Laurel design was created to give it a growth effect – starting minimally on the right sleeve and growing onto the right side of the jersey in a top to bottom sweeping look. Its bring emphasis to the design and remind to keep moving forward and growing.  

The jersey features our primary jersey sponsor, Sports Pittsburgh, front and center. It was constructed with hummels BEECOOL technology and a honeycomb poly fabric build, its durable and ready for the work ahead.
